The truck had a coolant leak that several mechanics could not find. They were able to locate the leak, but unfortunately, due to time constraints and the storm, they couldn’t help us fix it.

Service was pretty solid. Price was pretty standard but not too expensive for 2 tires, about 30 miles away. Service was done within a couple hours of calling and did not have me waiting all day. Friendly people, no attitude, everyone seemed to have patience right off the bat. Definitely would consider using them again

Had an airline that had popped off the right steer brake chamber. Issue was repaired and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Even though the tech was working on another vehicle, he came over as soon as arrived to assess the issue, then had an apprentice repair the fault immediately. Great service is hard to find. I can't recommend Sam’s Service enough! My transmission gave out on my Ford F550 Tow Truck, and I was in a tough spot. I had already taken it to another mechanic who charged me three times more and still couldn’t even diagnose the problem, let alone fix it.

Then I found this place—and thank God I did. Hemi and the team were absolute pros. They diagnosed the issue right away, replaced the transmission, and had me back on the road in less than 3 days! That kind of turnaround is unheard of, especially for a work truck like mine.

Hemi was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. The price was more than fair, and the quality of work speaks for itself. These guys clearly know what they’re doing. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled mechanics who won’t waste your time or money—this is the place.

Friday evening one of our trucks broke down the guys got there quick diagnosed the problem towed the truck to their shop and had it fixed by 11 Saturday morning. The guys took the driver to a hotel and even bought him dinner. Great people, friendly and are great on price. Best roadside service I’ve ever dealt with.

Sam's has been a great asset , such a great feeling knowing all you need to do is ask for a repair to be done and it is taken care of in a professional manner along with looking the equipment over for any other Issues that may arise and bringing to my attention with the option of having additional repairs done. Well, a 5-star rating with almost 200 reviews tells you a lot about these people. They are simply amazing. I had an extensive clutch job where I had to replace all the parts related to the clutch. They were very reasonable with their charges. They were so committed to their promise of getting me out the same day that they kept working until 10 pm and kept their promise.
